Emotional exhaustion:
(1) feel emotionally drained by work
(2) feel fatigued when getting up in the morning
(3) feel strained after working with people all day
Personal achievement:
(1) very effective in dealing with patient problems
(2) positively influencing other people's lives though my work
(3) exhilarated after working closely with my patients
