Constituents: terpinen-4-ol and other monoterpenes
Use: antiseptic, antifungal, anti-Demodex, anti-Tungiasis
Oral intake can result in:
(1) pneumonitis
(2) central nervous system depression
Topical application can result in:
(1) chemical skin irritation
(2) allergic dermatitis
(3) gynecomastia
Ocular contact can result in a keratitis or conjunctivitis.
Its use in external otitis can result in ototoxicity.
