APACHE III Physiologic Subscore

Description

The physiologic subscore is based a number of physiologic and biochemical parameters, with points awarded according to the severity of any abnormality present.

Scoring:

(1) The points are assigned for the most abnormal (worst) value in a 24 hour period.

(2) If a value is not available, then score as if normal.
