Barriers to exercise:
(1) obesity
(2) fatigue
(3) depression
(4) deconditioning
(5) medication effects
(6) joint pain
(7) disability and reduced mobility
(8) gym stigma
The greater the number of barriers and the greater the magnitude the more difficult exercise may be.
