Riiskjaer et al reported the Bowel Endometriosis Syndrome (BENS) score for evaluating a woman with endometriosis. This can help to identify pelvic organ dysfunction and to evaluate the patient's quality of life. The authors are from Aarhus University, Copenhagen University Hospital and Herlev University Hospital in Denmark.
