Level	Key Message	Hazard	Color Code
1	Practice Usual Precautions	Manageable if appropriate steps taken.	green
2	Practice Enhanced Precautions	High if additional precautions not taken or if in a high risk group.	yellow
3	Avoid nonessential travel	Extremely high with little or no protection.	red
