Description

Ecchordis physaliphoris (EP) and chordoma arise from notochord remnants along the neuraxis from the clivus to the sacrum. Lagman et al reported a classification for these tumors. The authors are from Cooper University Hospital, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Vanderbilt University.
