CURRENT-OASIS 7 = Clopidogrel and aspirin optimal dose usage to reduce recurrent events - Seventh Organization to assess strategies in ischemic syndromes
Patient selection: therapy with clopidogrel and aspirin
Criteria for severe bleeding - one or more of the following:
(1) transfusion of >= 4 blood products
(2) hemoglobin drop >= 5 g/dL
(3) causes hypotension requiring inotropes
(4) results in surgery
(5) symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage
(6) death
Criteria for major bleeding:
(1) transfusion of 2-3 blood products
(2) intraocular bleeding with significant loss of vision
