Does the patient have severe myalgias?

Is there evidence of a focal or segmental lobar infiltrated in the chest X-ray?

Is H1N1 influenza known to be in the community?

Is a rapid test for influenza A positive?

Is RT-PCR for H1N1 positive?

Is a respiratory fluorescent antibody test for influenza A positive?

Does the patient have a relative lymphopenia not explained by another cause?

Does the patient have an elevated serum CK not explained by another cause?

Does the patient have elevations in serum AST and ALT not explained by another cause?

Is a laboratory test for another respiratory pathogen positive?
