A number of cystic lesions may occur in the penis.
Cystic lesions of the penis include:
(1) epidermoid or dermoid cyst
(2) parameatal urethral cyst
(3) median raphe cyst (which may be pigmented)
(4) mucoid cyst
(5) lymphatic cyst
(6) pilonidal sinus and cyst
(7) pilosebaceous cyst
Differential diagnosis:
(1) vascular lesion
(2) malignant tumor with cystic degeneration
