Involvement of the coronary arteries in a patient with Kawasaki Disease can be identified using echocardiography.
Patient selection: Kawasaki disease, undergoing echocardiography, < 15 years of age
Echocardiographic findings - one or more of the following:
(1) increased internal luminal diameter for age (see below)
(2) increased internal luminal diameter (>= 1.5 times) compared to that of an adjacent segment)
(3) clearly irregular lumen

Internal Diameter in mm
0 to 2.99 years
>= 2.5 mm
3 to 8.99 years
>= 3.0 mm
9 to 14 years
>= 3.5 mm
