Exercise may be associated with vasospasm in different arteries.
Clinical features:
(1) presence of ischemic findings during exercise
(2) ischemic findings cannot be explained by atherosclerosis, thrombosis, or other vascular disease
(3) change in blood flow on Duplex ultrasound imaging during exercise
