(2) inability to marry
(3) social isolation associated with embarrassment or ridicule
(4) loss of self-esteem
(5) economic difficulties due to impaired work capacity
(6) depression with suicidal ideation
(7) impaired sexual performance and/or difficulty for partner associated with genital deformity
