A score of +6 or +7 indicates a large improvement. A score of –6 or –7 indicates a major deterioraton.
A score of +4 or +5 indicates a moderate change. A score of –4 or –5 indicates a moderate deterioration.
A score of –1, 0 or +1 indicates no change.
