Clinical effects:
(1) diarrhea
(2) irritation to mouth and throat
(3) nausea and vomiting
(4) paresthesias
(5) exaggerated reflexes
(6) hypertension, or hypotension (in overdose)
(7) respiratory depression and failure (in overdose)
(8) seizures
