H. influenzae

H. haemolyticus

Require X:

H. ducreyi

Require V:

H. parainfluenzae

H. parahaemolyticus

H. segnis

H. paraphrophilus

H. paraphrophaemolyticus

Require neither X nor V:

H. aphrophilus
