Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) Management

Has the patient developed moderate to severe anemia unresponsive to iron replacement?

Has the patient required multiple blood transfusions because of the nosebleeds?

Is the person experiencing moderate to severe disability as a result of frequent and/or severe nosebleeds?

Will the patient be involved in a critical event that cannot be interrupted by a nosebleed?

Does the patient need to receive anticoagulant therapy?

Has the patient failed to respond to self-management?
