relapse risk starting 2-3 weeks after discontinuation
concurrent therapy with chlorpromazine
prolonged QTc and ventricular fibrillation if chlorpromazine dose is not reduced
platelet function
adenylate cyclase system may be supersensitive to stimuli (? transient bleeding disorder)
