Loos et al have proposed a method for fixed dosing of cisplatin. This could reduce errors in dosing, especially in persons with a body surface area that is low or high. The authors are from Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Parameters:
(1) body surface area in square meters
(2) dose of cisplatin based on body surface area
