The Naples Prognostic Score (NPS) is a prognostic score based on inflammatory and nutritional status. It has been used to predict outcomes for a range of malignant diseases.

(1) serum albumin in g/dL
(2) serum total cholesterol in mg/dL
(3) neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR)
(4) lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR)
