The NICHQ (National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have sponsored a set of tools for evaluating children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) developed at Vanderbilt University. The initial evaluation scale monitors 43 symptoms for ADHD, other disorders and school performance as reported by a teacher.
