Tun-Lin et al reported the Premise Condition Index as a means to screen a home environment for the risk of becoming infested with Aedes mosquitoes. In general, a poorly maintained home is more likely to harbor mosquitoes. The authors are from Queensland Institute of Medical Research in Brisbane.
