(3) hypertension (blood pressure >= 140/90 mm Hg; hypertension diagnosed with or without antihypertensive medication)
(4) dyslipidemia (serum total cholesterol >= 5.2 mmol/L; fasting serum triglyceride >= 2.3 mmol/L; HDL cholesterol < 1.0 mmol/L)
(5) family history of diabetes
(6) history of gestational diabetes
