The diameter of the olive is taken as:
(1) the shortest diameter at
(2) the largest circumference
(3) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the olive
Parameters:
(1) number of olives per pound
(2) diameter in mm
(3) designation (name)

• The original table gives extra large as 65 to 88 per pound and jumbo as 51 to 60. These ranges leave gaps which are removed in the table above.
