• travel to a region endemic for Cyclospora?

• travel during the summer?

• drink untreated water?

• put anything contaminated with soil into his or her mouth?

• eat poorly cleaned fruits and vegetables?

• have a fever, usually low grade at first?

• feel fatigued?

• have acute diarrhea followed by a relapsing diarrhea that can last for weeks?

• have periods of constipation alternating with the diarrhea?

Does the stool contain spherical oocysts that measure 8-10 microns in diameter?
